Vundo trojan/XoftspySE, false-positive?

I had a free scan by XoftspySE and, among other things, they found the
Vunda trojan. I found a free fix on the net and ran it. No Vunda
trojan found. Do I or don't I have the trojan? In the past, XoftspySE
had a rep for digging up a lot of false-positive spyware/trojans/etc and
then conning you into buying the program. They also said I have
Agent.FL Adaware, spybot, MS Defender, Spywareblaster, AVG free, none
of them have found these viruses. And, as far as I can tell, I don't
have any problems with the computer (XP all updates, ZA free, AVG free).
I think I should simple leave things as they are???
