vpnclient connects to pix at site A which has a tunnel to a pix at site
    B. Should the vpnclient be able to get to site B or does this violate
the pix not relaying traffic out the same interface it enters rule?

If the vpnclient terminates on the same interface as the site-to-site
tunnel, then Yes, it would violate the rule.
