I was just offered a number begining +801 when I signed in. Full
number is +80100001xxxxx. Any ideas where that terminates or what the
    charges to call it are?

The country code +801 has not been allocated by the ITU, at least as of
May 2005. It sounds like the web site has used a 'test' code to
generate numbers, prior to Finerea arranging for proper telephones
    numbers being available.
