VoIP xDSL vs ISDN

    Hello,
    I am going to installing VoIP over my network and was wondering what is
    a better connection ISDN or xDSL. I currently have a xDSL with 4 static
    IPs to do Internet and T-s for remote network connection and VPN
    support. Which would be better ISDN or xDSL?
