I have voice T1 card VWIC-1MFT-T1. When I configure router to use g711
Mu-Law. Do I need DSP board to convert voice data from T1 data to g711
    Mu-Law?
Does T1 data come in from central office already in g711 Mu-law?

YES. the DSPs can be found on NM-HDVs on 3600s

NO. Your DSPs will convert the voice calls using an appropriate codec
for pushing voice over your IP network.
