    Hi all,
we have freshly installed a new server with a new license of windows
2003 bought some days ago. The machine will be used as mail server
    with Exchange 2007.
The problem is that at the moment we have tried to install Echange07
we have seen that this release is only for 64 bit operating system.
Now the question is can we use the license win2k3 std r2 32 bit to
install the 64 bit version of 2003.......and if yes is there a way to
obtain a serial number for w2k3-64 bit from microsoft ?

    Many thanks
