Using flatbed scanner for micro fiche..can it be done?

Discussion in 'Digital Photography' started by Shanghai Smith, Jul 3, 2004.

  1. I am doing a research project and was asked; if an "off the shelf" flatbed
scanner could be used, to obtain readable/understandable images from micro
    fiche?

And if possibly if the image is usable...could you make it larger in size
    and retain the clarity?

    Thanks in advance
