Can you use the Cisco 15454 DWDM OC-48 cards (both the 100 GHz and 200 GHz
varieties) interchangeably with the LR fixed-frequency OC-48 cards, for
    fixed frequency applications?

In the Nortel Metro SONET multiplexors, you are able to use the OC-48 DWDM
cards as substitutes for OC-48 fixed frequency cards. The receivers are
all broadband, and therefore they are not sensitive to minor variations in
the transmission frequency of the laser. With the Cisco 15454, is this
also true? Is the use of the DWDM cards for a fixed frequency application
    something that Cisco will support?
