In email, I rec'd. spam from Msft., subject: "Firewall update for Windows."

Is it ligitimate? Should I open?

  2. Nope. It's not from Microsoft. Just delete the email.

Do you normally receive all of your Microsoft Updates directly from
    Microsoft via e-mail?
Do you really think Microsoft tracks everyone using their email and knows
what updates they have and what updates they need, even if they have 8
    personal machines?

Come on people - wake up.
