Just installed some windows updates. Why do they keep making them? Can I
safely delete all the text documents they leave behind, ie: ocgen, comsetup,
    setupact, imsins, etc?

    Thanks

The updates are there to fix new security issues as the hackers keep getting
in to things where they should not. They also make updates to improve the
operating system, and or related programs.
