Update for Windows Server x64 Edition (KB904714)

Discussion in 'Windows 64bit' started by Andre Da Costa [Extended64], Nov 5, 2005.

  1. Overview
Install this update to enable client computers to use the Windows Indexing
Service when searching for a network-shared file on a Windows Server
2003-based computer. This update resolves an issue in which the Windows
Indexing Service cannot not be used if the index is not 100 percent
up-to-date. After you install this item, you may have to restart your
    computer.
