About a week ago I asked what should be included in a standard
Nikon D90 package. That was because a shop had sent me a D90 and
a Nikkor 18-200 mm lens in separate shipments and the first
package contained only the camera body, battery and charger.

The second shipment has arrived and it contains the lens plus all
the standard items that should normally have come with the D90
body - manual, quick start guide, warranty card, USB cable, AV
cable, software CD, strap, eyepiece cap, LCD cover and hotshoe
    cover.

Some of you expressed concern that it might be a rip-off and made
suggestions. I appreciate that and I'm happy to report that
everything seems to be OK. The shutter count started from 0001.
