  1. I upgraded three 3640 to ios version 12.3.11.T

    When I reload a system I received this message and the router crash.

    Please help me. My work is stopped....

    You're saying that when you reloaded the previous IOS version (because
    your upgrading the box to 12.3(11)T is the 'change' we're talking about
    here), the box still crashed the same way?

    That's odd to say the least, because it looks like a software issue. But
    if it still crashes with the old IOS version, it looks like RMA time...

    it is impossible that 3 router break after same upgrade

    You must have a bad image, or ios that is incompatible with your routers.

    OK, then we're back to a software issue. Have you reinstalled the
    previous IOS version?

    Because if it is an IOS bug, it certainly isn't 'impossible that 3
    router break after same upgrade'; in fact, I would *expect* them to.
    Assuming they are all the same model, that is.

    'Break' as in crash, not 'break' as in "there's smoke coming out of it".

    It looks to me like your boot image is incompatible with the new IOS (didn't
    anyone else see the last line?)
