trojan horse

    Hello

    A freind of mine was scanning his lap top ( dell 600m) Win xp pro 30Gig HHD
    512 ram) NAV found what it said was a trojan horse.\
    mmview lol.dll Scaned with spy bot nothinfg found. Ran NAV in safe mode
    restore off and it found it but could not delete it. Whent to Symantic.com
    they have no record of this in there data base??? Nor does Mcaffy??
    Has anyone heard of this, what to do???
    Any assistance would be great!
