Transit an AS/Allocation without BGP at the customers edge router

    Would it be prudent to announce a downstreams AS/Allocation ourselves (ISP)
    and then static route the blocks down theirt T1 ?

    Woulkd it be a better solution than sending a default route as their edge
    router cannot handle a full BGP table.
