Until yesterday I've been able to print my transcript from MCP site.
Now I am unable to do so, the print transcript button is replaced with
"Your browser does not support ActiveX
You must have ActiveX support to print your transcript".

I have done my own troubleshooting and still looking into this at the
    moment.
I have tested active x from various sources active x is supported and runs.
Security settings have all been checked also.
has anyone else came across this before?
    IE6 SP1 XP SP1 ( And I have my reasons for not runnign SP2!)

    Thanks

    Hi,

I assume that you've reset internet explorer settings in Internet Options,
cleared out temp internet files & cookies, I'll also assume that you've
scaned your PC for malware/spyware, and not just with Windows Defender.
Sorry if this sounds a bit stupid/basic - you haven't mentioned what you've
    done.

You may also want to try doing a system restore to a day when you know that
you were able to print from your transcript. Another thing that may work is
    upgrading to IE7.

    Hope this helps

Hmmm... reasons for not going to XP SP2: Do I smell a PIRATE in the room?
