    hot off the wires
Microsoft launched a software program designed to help police worldwide
hunt down child porn traffickers by enabling authorities for the first
time to link information such as credit card purchases, internet chat room
    messages and arrest records.

this story was just posted in aus.computers ..
on the one hand.. the cops need all the help they can get on this one, and
good on Microsoft for launching the program
OTOH what limits have been imposed to make sure its only aimed at kiddy
flippers and terrorists (my guess at their next target)
oh and.. theres a mention of this program being open source!
