Tracking network usage with x64?

    I am trying to figure out a way to see which person is accessing my computer
    as well as who and what is being copied off and on? Is there a kind of tool
    that can track all those things. I am just curious, since i told our interns
    what they can copy and what not. I am just curious if they actually do that
    :)
