Total Open-Source Support

  1. A company that aims to fix problems regardless of which piece of open-source
software might be at issue <http://blogs.zdnet.com/open-source/?p=4775>.

Interesting idea? It seems to me people tend to use a whole lot of open-
source programs together (my customers and I certainly do), so specialist
support is always going to come up short. You have to be a generalist to
    succeed.

open source support that is not tied to a specific product?"

    Cheers,

The Internet is interesting in that although the nicknames may change,
the same old personalities show through.
