I turned on my Toshiba SD-3900 DVD player yesterday and the screen
flashed a few times, then the player went dead. I unplugged it, waited
a few minutes, then plugged it back in hoping it would re-set but it
didn't. There isn't a user-replaceable fuse either. Does this sound
like a power supply problem? I fear the unit is kaput and i'll need to
    buy a new one.
