Tokina AF 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6 AT-X 840AF for 300D ?

Discussion in 'Digital Photography' started by Fabio Bernardino, Sep 24, 2003.

  1. Is this lens a good option for a Canon 300D ?
Will be a problem to use a circular polarizer with this lens as it
seems it has a different kind of focus system ?

I will be shooting sport events such as windsurfing.
I will also have a Canon 28-135 IS.

Both lens have a filter diameter of 72mm. Should i go with the Tokina
or these lens would be a better option (regarding image quality) ??
    Canon 75-300 II USM
    Sigma 135-400
Sigma 70-300mm f4,0-5,6 APO Macro AF

    Thank you.
