Time stamp

    My time stamp in my newsgroup posting are out by 12 hours./..

    Ie) now it's 5.45pm...and not 5.45am as my post is showing...*grr*

    I'm using Win98 and i can't find the option for am/pm

    Double click on your clock, highlight the am/pm and click the arrow.
