Thunderbird setting transfer

    Hi
    I'm using Thunderbird 1.0.2 and have installed it on my laptop .. how
    do I transfer the address book and account info from one computer to
    another without a network. Which files do I copy?

    Do both computers use the same O/S?
    What types of drives do the computers have?
