Thunderbird and new user in Windows XP Pro

    I created separate users in Windows XP Pro.

    When I start up Thunderbird in the new user,
    none of my folders and filters are present and
    on start up it asks me to set up a new account.

    How can I transfer all my Thunderbird settings
    and configurations so they show up as they are
    in the original user installation?
