One of the entries in my personal address book has recently changed
isp and thus email address. I changed the properties for this entry to
use the new email address and sent an email successfully.
The next time I used Thunderbird to send an email to this entry the
email address had reverted to the old one. I tried this 2 or 3 times
and each time on reopening TB the email address had reverted to the
    old one.
I then deleted the entry from my address book and created a new card
with the new email address. On reopening TB this added card had again
reverted to the old email address.
How can I change the address so that it doesn't revert when TB is
    reopened ?
    TB 1.5.0.12
    TIA
    stuart

search through your entire list, you may have more than one
    entry for this person
