Throttling specific IPs & Ports

    I have a PIX 506; Would it be possible to only allow 256kb/s over a
    certain IP and a certain port? In short, only allow a fixed bandwidth
    amount over SSH.

    No, not without some external mechanism for doing so. The PIX does
    not have any method for restricting bandwidth.
