    So how does this work? My guess is, it’s the old “job security†thing—
    nobody’s going to replace you when you’re the only one who understands how
    to work the system.

    You can tell these sorts of users: they are the one who complain the most
    when anything changes, because of course it threatens the value of their
    hard-won skills.

    But Windoze is the most painful UI around and yet most users are highly
    UNsatisfied with it.
