thanks for the help on the flash player issue...need a bit more

  1. Jane & Charlie, thanks for your answers to my question below about changong
    from the 64 to 32 bit IE to rn the flashplayer. Now I ahte to be a oani in
    the butt, but I looked under program files and couldnt find it. I need more
    step by step instructions! I appreciate it.

    Click Start Click My Computer Click Local disk (C:) Click ProgramFiles
    (x86) Click Internet Explorer Click iexplore.exe That should open the 32 bit
    version of IE.
    The path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer
