I can't telnet to any cisco router through a
cable internet connection which has a firewall
    router installed.

Notes: I setup the computer as a DMZ on
    the firewall router.

I can telnet to a USR router fine.

    I've tried a Cisco 1600, 2600, and
    a 3600, none work?!?!?!

I can telnet in fine from anywhere
    else.

    Any thoughts?

    1) check your cable router firewall policy
    2) Check your cisco router vty settings ... password, acl etc
