Is there any way to resort the order my subscribed newsgroups appear in?

TB appears to default to listing them in the order that I subscribed,
    but this isn't always useful.

I can't find anyway of changing the order except unsubscribing and
    resubscribing. Any help much appreciated.

If you get an order # does it mean the order is accepted?
