System Restore does not work on Windows 64bit

    Hi When I try to run System Restore it come's up with this message.
    System Restore has been turned off by group policy. To turn on System
    Restore contact your Domain Administrator, that is me.
    How do I turn it back on please.
    My operating system is Windows XP Pro 64bit

    Control Panel -> System - System Restore Tab -> Tick the enable-
    disable box
