I have a client that has a 515E that seems to be blocking the SYST FTP
command. What would the easiest way around this be? Allow the SYST
    command? If so, how?

What about using the ACL to allow FTP from a particular IP address?

  2. IIRC, it's no fixup protocol ftp... there are implications to turning this
off so you might want to research that first.
