    That sounds like a CCNA question.
    Broadcast domains are controlled (normally) with routers.

    you can set up the broadcast/multicast level with tose commands

    stormcontrol broadcast level "lower level in %" "higher level in %"

    can be use port by port or on Qtrunks and with broadcast,multicast or unicast

    have look here at storm-control section
