    Damian:

For 272, hit the Internet Explorer options hard (know where to look for
security versus privacy settings). Messaging with Outlook Express and
Outlook 2003 are also important so practice setting up your POP e-mail
account if you have one in both. Also, subscribe to Hotmail so you can
create a separate Identity (Express) or Profile (Outlook). The big key is
practicing so you know where to look in each application for options. Yes,
you will have to know basic troubleshooting for TCP/IP including the few
command line tools and the dialog box settings for a LAN connection.

You did not say what practice test vendor you were using. Regardless,
instead of guessing at the questions you don't know for certain start
researching them as you take the practice exam. Better yet, print the
questions you get wrong and just focus on those answers. Why waste time
answering the questions you already know the answer to? That's adaptive
    testing :)
