Stretched screen & enlarged Fonts during Booting. Why?

    I have a dual Win95b/2K setup on a P11, 233MMX. Over the last 2 days during
booting the screen display shows as horizontally stretched and the fonts are
maybe 3 times larger than normal, which means only the right hand side of the
display can be seen. No strange beeps. I can only just see part of the selection
screen in order to choose which system to boot from. After windows starts
    everything works as it should.
The only thing I did before this happened was, in Internet Sweeper1.8.4, I
ticked "Delete files that are in use when Windows restarts", although I can't
see how there could be a connection. I've since removed the command.

Has anyone else had this happen? At first I thought the video card must be on
the way out but once The Bootup is complete I can run the comp. as normal i.e.
run any programs, manipulate graphics, go on line etc.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
    TIA
