I would like to incorporate basic catalogue and product ordering
functionality into an existing website. Does anybody have any
recommendations about products/services to check out (and those to avoid).
So far I've had a quick look at www.quickcart.com and
www.easystorecreator.com and the hosting company I use offers a thing called
    Store Builder.

What I'm looking for is simplicity of design (for me), ease of use (for the
customer), good looks (hey, so I'm shallow) and ease of processing credit
    card orders

    Thanks in advance

I use OS Commerce, and it comes free with my website hosting. You just enter
your details in the control panel, and it is automatically setup. It does
take quite a bit of time though to setup a store. The hosting company I use
    is www.superhost.co.nz.
