SSL 3.1 Protocol Puzzle with BEA WLS 8.1

    In SSL 3.1 (TLS) sessions with BEA WebLogic Server 8.1, I see a Handshake
    protocol message type of 180 (the highest I know of is 22 -
    certificate_status). Also I see an Alert protocol message 18-bytes long
    (instead of 2-bytes). Here they are in hex.

    16 0301 0020
    B4 0E DB 1A CA AD 04 8D 13 DB 19 F2 B3 B8 A4 0C 64 E2 17 E2 3A 6D 1F
    E2 AC F5 D3 4E 31 1A 38 FB

    15 0301 0012
    9B 99 99 3E 70 5F FB 13 B7 3B 08 F8 BD AE AE 74 56 4C

    These do not appear to be RFC-2246/3546. What are they ?
