We are trying to use a single SSG router to allow us to limit the
amount of traffic a user can download from specific nets. There are 2
SSG service profiles, ON-NET and OFF-NET. ON-NET traffic is defined as
anything matching a list of about 8000 network prefixes. OFF-NET is
everything else. Users need to authenticate to get to the web. If they
exceed their quota of OFF-NET traffic then they should get redirected
to a web portal telling them so. The problem we have encountered is
that there appears to be a limit of about 800 networks in a given
service definition. Without all the networks in the service profile,
the redirection does not appear to work.
Any suggestions as to how we can get around this?

    cheer,
