Spontaneous Reboot when no activity on computer?

    Hi,

Since a couple of weeks one of my computers kept rebooting when there
was no activity. When I kept working on the machine everything was
fine. Eventually I decided to play music in the background to keep the
computer from rebooting. At first I thought this was a freaky incident
and I was going to check the hardware. Now another computer on my
network has exactly the same problem… no activity results into reboot.

I'm thinking virus but neither Stinger, McAfee or Bitdefender tools
    find anything.

    Anybody any ideas?

    Thanks.

Are you running XP's new SP-2? I had the same problem, until I
    removed it.
