  2. Dunno, Cisco does have listservs for their customers. Maybe you
accidentally got put on some and got flooded. What was the content of the
    email?

    ever thought of forged headers?

  4. Hi,

Mike is right. I have faced a similar issue with emails "from" Microsoft.
The actual senders were various other email accounts on different
mail servers, so even tracking them in the blacklist wasn't sufficient.
Eventually, I had to get a new email account. From my own experience,
you're lost once your real email address (even with "REMOVETHIS")
appears on a web page or in a newsgroup. It is sad, but it is fact.
