Does anyone have any recomendations for one?

I just deleated spam blocker, I actually bought it, but it became very
    slow and stopped identifying spam.

Any help would be most appreciated!

    Thanks in advance,

I have been using MailWasher for a couple of years and I am pleased with
it. However, avoid using the bounce email feature and just delete the
email's at the POP3 server as the bounce is useless.

You may want to take OE out of it's sending and receiving email's at OE
startup and on a timed basis. You can start MW and review your email's and
filter them and through MW you can start OE and use the Send/Recv button on
OE to pull and send email's that will be under your control and not OE's
control as to when it happens. To send a composed email, you will still use
the Send Button but the email is held in the Outbox and then you use the
Send/Recv to send it out of the Outbox.

MW has a full trial version you can try and it has AV detection too.

Just block anyone who uses the name of pcbutts. You'll be fine.
Don't block K-Man, relic, John Holmes, dr. Bill, Gazwad and chrisv. Oh,
and block that chinese **** "your sheperd blablabla", too.

Like Mailwasher it allows you to vet/block emails before they ever get
    to your system :)

I use SpamPal with a number of the optional add-ins. Works pretty good --
except for those cialis spams with the embedded graphic. It never catches
    those...

With messages in all-uppercase it shuts itself off, because otherwise you
could not send them at all ;-/
