SourceForge Breach

Discussion in 'NZ Computing' started by Lawrence D'Oliveiro, Jan 29, 2011.

  1. Got an e-mail from SourceForge saying I had to change my password because of
the recent security breach. Of course the message looked so much like a
    phishing scam it was uncanny.

So I went to the site and yes, turns out there really was a breach. And I
    changed my password.

Nice thing about SSH keys is, I didn’t have to worry about any of those...
