  1. These pieces of information have been taken from a russian website
without any reliability. However, they seems to be enough detailed to
    be taken as serious.

As for the S2 which is based upon the Nikon F80, the S3 would be based
either upon the Nikon F5 or upon the Nikon F100 .

The technology would be : Super CCD IV SR
The resolution would be : from 10Mpixels (3900x2600)
    to 20 Mpixels (5200x3900) ! !
    !
The available file formats would be : JPEG (EXIF)
    TIFF – RGB (8bits)
    TIFF – YC (8bits)
    CCD-RAW (12bits)
    Super CCD – RAW (32bits ?)
    Available sensibilities : 25 / 50 / 100 / 160 / 200 / 400 / 800 / 1600
    / 3200 (ISO)
    Priority Modes : P,S,A,M
Speed: From 30 sec to 1/16000e sec
    Synchro flash speed: 1/250e sec
    Interfaces : USB 2.0 and IEEE1394
    Power : 4xAA, 2x CR-123 (DL 123) , Power unit AC-5V
    Weight : 790g

Finally , The Price should be located between 2500€ and 3000€.
