SmartFTP seems to display the time stamp at GMT, instead of the
server's actual time (PDT). For instance, if I upload a file to my
server at 1200 (noon), SmartFTP displays the time as 1700.
However, when I telnet into the server and the check the file, the time
    is listed as 1200.
Anybody know how to get SmartFTP to display regular time instead of GMT?
