Slingshot Jetbuster - Throttling P2P?

    Anyone else on Slingshot Jetbuster and can confirm that P2P traffic
    which was a couple of weeks ago running at full speed (around 30kb/s)
    is now running at 5-10kb/s?

    I have sent an email asking what there policy is regarding this but
    have so far had no response.
