Show full path in title bar is limited to 95 characters?

I've told Windows 2000 to show the full path in the title bar of folders,
but notice that it only shows the first 95 characters of the path (if the
folder is deep down in a drive). Windows NT, however, does show the full
path and is not limited to the first 95 chars, so what gives? Is there
any known fix or Registry tweak for this "bug"? Thanks.
