I have win 98 2nd edition. I went to settings and I cannot move the slde to
make the resolution settings smaller in the pixels. Can anyone tell me how
to fix this. It does not move to the right or left, Thanks in advance Tommy

maybe you are just using windows default vga drivers
try installing the manufacturer's latest drivers for your specific video
    card

if you do not know what kind of video card is in your machine

you should be able to use the following utility
