Tools / Internet Options / Advanced tab.
    Check 'Disable script debugging'.
Uncheck 'Display a notification about every script error'.

    Start / Settings /Control Panel / Innternet Options / Advanced Tab /
Place a check mark in Disable Script Debugging (IE and Other) then
uncheck Display a Notification about Every Script Error. I don't know if
this will fix your connection problem or not, but iit will stop annoying
    script error messages.
