I use Mozilla Thunderbird mail client, "Send a link" (or page)is not
working, I can correct that temporarely, if I go to Internet
Options/Programs/E-mail/, and write:"Mozilla Thunderbird" ,as my email
client,it works as long as I don't restar or shutdown. After that, it
stops working, and I have to go over and do the same operation again,
even if Mozilla Thunderbird is on my email adddress window. Is there a
way to make this work properly?

Try (in Thunderbird) : Tools > Options > General > Use Thunderbird as
    the default mail application.
