secp for windows 2000 ca server

    Sorry to post this again. Does anyone know where i can get the file from
    resource pack so that i can use windows 2000 as a ca server for my cisco vpn
    studies?

    Install the Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit (available on
    http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/ and then do a software update.
    The SCEP upgrade will be one of the ones offered in the software update.

    At least it was in the past.
